Lovely Framed Dry Flower Picture – Made in Sweden

It measures almost 12” x 5 ¾" wide with glass and displays a sweet bouquet of dried wildflowers. Marked on the back with a sticker from the store that sold it in Stockholm, Sweden.

Vernon Kilns Gale Turnbull Rosalie 12” Plate

This is a beautiful 12 ½" round white chop plate with hand-painted underglaze of deep rose, green, and yellow floral. It was made by Vernon Kilns, California, hand-painted by Gale Turnbull. The design is called Rosalie. It was made in the late 1930s. The plate is in excellent condition, no chips or Cracks.

M A Hadley Pottery Goodies Jar with Lid

Cute pottery jar for goodies or cookies. It measures a round 5 ¾" x 5 ½" with the knobbed lid. It is a greyish pottery with two-tone blue trim of scrolls with pink floral and green knob and trim. Inside it says at the bottom, “Please Fill Me.” Signed on the bottom of the jar and on the lid. In excellent condition.

There are 45 pages of maps to everything, a page of underground railways, motor cab fares – you can get an idea 2/3 of a mile cost 6 pence, not to exceed 7 ½ minutes. Also included are principle buildings and sites, police, utilities, education, finance, gas and electricity, and interesting facts. It is in great condition – not torn.

Published in 1909 by Charles Scribner’s Sons, New York. This is a book about Abraham Lincoln and his Gettysburg Address. There is a turquoise and white label on the back cover that reads, Book Department – The White House. The book has 47 pages and one illustration. In average condition, considering its age.

This is a great beverage pitcher measuring approximately 10” tall with an ice lip. It has an applied handle.  The maker is not known, but it is a very attractive piece – no chips or cracks. There is a light paneling pattern to the whole piece.
