It measures approximately 6" tall by 5 1/8" wide by 2" deep and is in great condition with no chips, cracks or damage. It is shape #715-B, featuring a paneleled fan shape supported by a pair of seahorses on each side of what looks like a heart. It has the impressed Cowan mark on the bottom along with a black mark. This is a charming figural moose creamer in a reclining pose with antler-rimmed opening and warm brown-to-ivory glaze. Produced in the Turn-Teplitz pottery district of Bohemia by Ditmar-Urbach or a closely related maker, this piece combines rustic whimsy with early-20th-century Art Nouveau animal modeling. Stamped: Made in Czecho-Slovakia and impressed 27 and measures approx. 5½″ L × 3¼″ H. It is in good vintage condition with light age wear. No cracks or repairs. Displays beautifully with a rich glaze and excellent character.
