She was made during the Art Deco era of pink depression glass and features a molded glass lady figure on a base with holes for flowers. This piece measures 8 1/2" tall and 4" in diameter at the base. This elegant glass figure was designed to sit in the center of a large bowl. You could then put fresh flowers in the holes around the base and fill the bowl with water. Excellent condition!

It is shape #715-B, featuring a paneleled fan shape supported by a pair of seahorses on each side of what looks like a heart. It has the impressed Cowan mark on the bottom along with a black mark.
