Glass Flower Floater Candleholder by Pipsan Swanson Saarinen, 1948 MCM

Flower Floater candleholder designed by Eva Lisa (Pipsan) Saarinen Swanson and manufactured by U.S. Glass Company in 1948. Measures 14.5" x 9" x 1.5". In excellent condition- no chips or cracks.

Eva Lisa (Pipsan) Saarinen Swanson is part of an influential design family. Her father was the architect and designer Eliel Saarinen, her mother was the textile designer and sculptor, Loja Saarinen, and her brother was architect Eero Saarinen. Pipsan was born in Finland in 1905 and moved with her family to the United States in 1923. This is in the Mt Pleasant pattern. Most of the silver overlay has worn off with usage. It measures approximately 8.5 inches across and 4 inches tall.  In good condition, other than the wear.

This piece is from the Fenton 50th year anniversary catalog 1905-1955. It appears in the Fenton catalog 1955 as #2255 CC Vase Polka Dot Open Edge p.9. Approximate measurements 7" long x 7" wide x 3 1/2" height. Made in USA. No maker's mark but does have the original Fenton sticker. In excellent condition.

Vintage Cabbage Leaf Large Serving Bowl with Four Small Individual Bowls - 1970s

Signed J Ramies Newburyport. Mass. The large bowl measures Length 9" and Height  5" and the smaller ones measure approximately 5 1/4" across by 2.5 " high. The set is in excellent condition - no chips or cracks.

Anchor Hocking Fire King Tulip Mixing Bowl 9.5 Inch Wide - Vintage

Fire King tulip pattern 40's splash proof mixing bowl in great condition. White milk glass background with yellow and red tulips, green leaves and a blue flower pot. Measures 9-1/2" across the top and 6" deep. I believe this is the largest of the bowls. The bowl is in excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks or other damage. The bottom of the bowl says "Oven Fire King Ware 5 Made in USA". There is a very minor scratch on one of the leaves of a tulip.
