Micro Beaded Evening Bag Purse with Glass Micro Beads - Made in Czechoslovakia

This is a vintage micro-beaded evening bag likely from the Art Deco era (1920s-1930s) or mid-century (1950s-1960s), manufactured in Czechoslovakia. The bag features an intricate floral pattern using gold and white/cream glass seed beads, a common design for formal evening wear of that period. It has a matching beaded strap and an ornate metal frame and clasp, which is characteristic of the style. The repeating floral and leaf motif is a classic pattern found on many antique and vintage beaded purses. The scalloped bottom edge and delicate construction suggest it was intended as a formal accessory.Purse measures 6-1/2" long by 4-1/4" high, with a 2-1/2" high beaded strap. Absolutely gorgeous work of vintage wearable art.
