Large Pottery Casserole with Lid

This is an 8” (13” with handles) heavy pottery casserole with lid. It is ivory colored with blue stripes and a cut piece of fruit with green leaves. Marked on the bottom, Laura Gate, Los Angeles. The lid is plain with a cut out handle and tan ring around the bottom. There are three ring mold marks from the kiln. Excellent condition.

This is a vintage pottery wall pocket with Chartreuse colored grapes and a dark green leaf, featuring a red pixie sitting in the middle of the grapes. It is marked on the back Gilner Calif – with a large circle between names. The inside is dirty and there is a slight glaze chip on the rim. Good vintage condition.
