Vintage Colonial Man Toby Jug Creamer

Cute little colonial man standing approx. 3” tall. Ours is marked Taiwan where I have seen this same jug marked Japan. I know Taiwan made them too but unable to verify which came first. Crudely hand painted where doesn’t match up perfectly where it should lip the lips. Otherwise in great shape no chips or cracks.
