Black Glass Fleur de Lis Footed Bowl

This is a 5” round black glass, 3-legged bowl with a turned in rim. The legs have the shape of Fleur de Lis.  There is a fine gold painted stripe design on the bowl, but it is worn and probably could be removed. The inside has a film on it from water and I have not tried to remove it.
