This is a small white pottery ashtray with gold trim. It has a brownish maroon design of Starved Rock Illinois. It looks like a tourist boat on a lake with a rock in the middle with a flag on top. It has a hole to hang it up or it will rest on two small “legs”. Also looks like it may have a chip on the handle, but it is glazed.
