Cute little toothpick holder that shows a male horseback rider and three hound dogs. It is on a colbalt blue background and measures approx. 2” high. It has gold trim and scroll work on the front that has started to wear from age. On the back there are a few spots, as shown, where paint is missing but appears to when manufactured. In good shape everywhere else.
