This is a 7 ½” decorated souvenir plate. It is all over light green with an 1/8” gold rim. In the center is a beautiful scene of the Capitol building. I can’t tell whether it is a stencil or hand-painted, but is exquisitely done. The back of the plate is marked Silesia with logo and in gold after 592. The plate is in excellent condition – no chips, cracks, or damage.
