European Pottery Urn with Handles and Grapes/Leaves

This is a dark brown 3 ¾" high, footed urn. It has a light green and gold scalloped rim and square cut-out handles. One side is plain and the other has embossed leaves and a grape cluster. The leaves are green and brown and the grapes are a bluish black. It is marked on the bottom with a 23. There is a letter too, that might be an F. The piece is 6” wide. Excellent condition, no chips or cracks. There is a bubble burst on one grape.
