Vintage Large Cleminson Handpainted Ceramic Wagon Wheel Ashtray or Trinket Dish

Reads "You're the Big Wheel" and made by Cleminson Pottery of California. It measures approximately 1 1/4" high and almost 8" across. It does have a small chip and crazing. Otherwise, good vintage condition. Marked on the back and handpainted.
