This is a Baccarat Crystal decanter from France. The measurements are: 9 1/2" in height including the stopper; 7 3/4" in height without the stopper; 4 1/2" wide widest part; 2" in diameter at the top. This is a beautiful piece that is signed on the bottom. No chips or issues.
